At Potearie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging (including any pouches, boxes, or tags)
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@potearie.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@potearie.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — we recommend keeping your tracking number
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you paid with a credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Shipping Protection
We offer Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers your order against loss during transit and product dissatisfaction upon arrival. If you purchased Shipping Protection, you may submit a claim within 90 days of your shipment date for a full refund including cross-border shipping fees.
7. International Orders
For international orders, please note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility
- We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in customs during the return process
